For title 42 and the Mexicans and blacks crossing el rio grande we share the territory the water

Ok so when it comes to the water even the song "this land is your land this land is my land from California to the the New York island from the red wood Forrest to the gulf strewm waters this land was made for you and me. That is a real American song right there the song does not mention el rio grande though we have never put our territory into documents also we are the Mexicans I'm a full blood and born in California their is no border but if they want security those against me tell them they are going to need it if they don't pick place far snd border them and that's it
